At Hair & Bloom, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable UK consumer regulations.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Products showing signs of use
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to complete the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is faulty;
- The wrong item was received;
- The product arrived damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
